How do I send my Bébé Confort product in for repair?
The best way of getting a fast service is to contact your Bébé Confort retailer. To get a repair under our 24-month warranty, you need to show proof of purchase, made within the 24 months. If your retailer approves your request, we'll pay for shipping your Bébé Confort to us and returning it.
How long will my repair take?

It depends on the type of repair you need. Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days, but this doesn't include special orders for parts - which can take 7-10 business days - and the transit time, which may vary depending on the destination.

In some cases we can get the repair back to you sooner. In rare cases, it may take longer. For more information, please contact your retailer.

Why can't I do all my car seat repairs myself?
To make sure your car seat stays safe for your child, certain repairs need to be handled only by our trained experts.
What do repairs cost?
If your repair isn't included in the warranty, you can get one at a reasonable cost. Prices vary according to the cost of the materials and the length of time it takes to do the repair. You can find out repair rates from your retailer.
